I forgot to ask about this in my initial post and I apologize for that.
I need the following command to be executed ONLY if changes have been made to "FILE"
/etc/init.d/service restart
If no changes have been made then the above command should not be executed.

that will execute /etc/init.d/service restart 60 seconds after an entry in FILE has been changed. The 60 seconds are needed and the '&' in the end is most important because this "script" needs to complete moving FILE.new to FILE before /etc/init.d/service can read the updated FILE. Otherwise your service would read the old entry instead of the newly created one.

I have three arrays.

I've come up with a ksh-script that produces one or more lists of hosts.
At the and of the script, I would like to print only those hosts that exists in all the lists.
Ex.
HOSTS="host1 host2 host3 host11"
HOSTS="host1 host2 host4"

Amoverview displays a chart showing hosts and file systems processed by Amanda along with the backup level performed each day.

OPTIONS
[-config config]
Use configuration config instead of DailySet1.
[-hostwidth width]
Set host field column width to width characters instead of eight.
[-diskwidth width]
Set disk field column width to width characters instead of 20.
-verbose
Amoverview can take a long while on large systems. This option reports intermediate steps while it is working.
EXAMPLE
This shows the /home file system on host2 was backed up at level 3 on the 8th, 9th and 10th of December, had a full backup on the 11th, a
level 1 on the 12th and a level 2 on the 13th.
