How to sort alphabetically after finding values

desired output:

I don't want to sort the lines into this:
a b c
x y z
nor this:
c b a
z y x
The number of fields per line and number of lines is indeterminate. The field separator is always a space.

Hi all.
I have 2 files like this:
f1
A 10
B 80
C 9
f2
A 11
B 700
C 10
What I want is the concatenation of the two files sorted by name (alphabetically) and size (numerically), so the result should be like this:
F3 (cat f1 f2 sorted)
A 10
A 11
B 80

I have been trying to find someone with this similar problem but I was out of luck.
So I have a file that has two columns that look like this (for example):
10 20
40 50
45 60
90 130
So column 1 is start and column 2 is stop but what I want to do is find whats not represented... (4 Replies)

As you can see, it's already sorted by numerical order, how do I sort it again, breaking the ties by using the alphabetical order of the second column, but... (2 Replies)

the script will output the file in an alphabetical order only words and after the word is : after that a space then , then it will be numbered each character by which line its been for example

listusers [-g groups] [-l logins] DESCRIPTION
Executed without any options, this command lists all user logins sorted by login. The output shows the login ID and the account field value from the system's password database as specified by /etc/nsswitch.conf. OPTIONS
The following options are supported: -g groups Lists all user logins belonging to group, sorted by login. Multiple groups can be specified as a comma-separated list. -l logins Lists the user login or logins specified by logins, sorted by login. Multiple logins can be specified as a comma-separated list.
