Long shot: do you have libxslt-dev?
I believe there is a tool for searching for which rpm would contain the necessary files. rpmseek.com suggests libxslt-devel or libxslt-static; my uninformed guess would support the former.

I get the following error when i run the make command.

here the file is C program which has been modified.

The problem is that the original program was compiled using v5.0 MQ client but now we are using MQ client v5.3. Had modified the "make file" options as follows but still i could see the errors.
#CLIENT_V5_LIBS = -limqb23ss -limqc23ss -lmqic -lmqmcs -lnsl -ldl

Hi,
Recently I install a package and try to do a make and make install.
However, in the make it gives me below error:-
make:Nothing to be done for 'install-exec-am'
make:Nothing to be done for 'install-data-am'

NAME
xslt-config - script to get information about the installed version of libxslt
SYNOPSIS
xslt-config [--prefix[=DIR]] [--exec-prefix[=DIR]] [--libs] [--cflags] [--version] [--help]
DESCRIPTION
xslt-config is a tool that is used to determine the compile and linker flags that should be used to compile and link programs that use
libxslt.
OPTIONS
xslt-config accepts the following options:
--version
Print the currently installed version of libxslt on the standard output.
--libs Print the linker flags that are necessary to link a libxslt program.
--cflags
Print the compiler flags that are necessary to compile a libxslt program.
--prefix=PREFIX
If specified, use PREFIX instead of the installation prefix that libxslt was built with when computing the output for the --cflags
and --libs options. This option must be specified before any --libs or --cflags options.
--exec-prefix=PREFIX
If specified, use PREFIX instead of the executable prefix that libxslt was built with when computing the output for the --cflags
and --libs options. This option must be specified before any --libs or --cflags options.
