This still doesn't compile. Your quotes don't match up.

@LOGNAMES=map { glob($_) } 'fin**'twiz*.log*','nestl*','riesen*';

Are you sure you have files in the current directory that match the wild carding? Try adding file "abctest" to the current directory, then replace the above with

@LOGNAMES=map { glob($_) } 'fin*','*twiz*.log*','nestl*','riesen*', '*abc*';

As KevinADC mentioned, it would probably help to have

at the top of your script

My problem: Both access and error logs do not rotate any more and get really large. They are located here: /srv/www/+vHost name here+/logs/ Configuration seems to be here: /etc/logrotate.conf => looks OK, including "size 10M" to avoid large files (/etc/logrotate.d => is empty) manually... irsend [options] DIRECTIVE REMOTE CODE [CODE...] DESCRIPTION
Asks the lircd daemon to send one or more CIR (Consumer Infra-Red) commands. This is intended for remote control of electronic devices such as TV boxes, HiFi sets, etc. DIRECTIVE can be: SEND_ONCE - send CODE [CODE ...] once SEND_START - start repeating CODE SEND_STOP - stop repeating CODE LIST - list configured remote items SET_TRANSMITTERS - set transmitters NUM [NUM ...] SIMULATE - simulate IR event REMOTE is the name of a remote, as described in the lircd configuration file. CODE is the name of a remote control key of REMOTE, as it appears in the lircd configuration file. NUM is the transmitter number of the hardware device.
