When you installed Solaris, did you use the Grub of Solaris or the Grub of Linux?, meaning, did you write the boot loader of Solaris into MBR?
Please boot your system using a LiveCD of Linux and post the following command output to better understand your situation.
sfdisk -lLq
I too have had bad exp while trying to setup a dual boot env when Solaris is concerned. But it can be solved.

To free temporarly a little space on /, I moved a few empty folders (mnt, net, awk, tftpboot) to the /home partition.

c0d0p2 is solaris
and other on extended partition is pcfs,
so how can i mount it somewhere?
because i dont know which one connect from raw to block dev.

findfs NAME=value
DESCRIPTION
findfs will search the block devices in the system looking for a filesystem or partition with specified tag. The currently supported tags
are:
LABEL=<label>
Specifies filesystem label.
UUID=<uuid>
Specifies filesystem UUID.
PARTUUID=<uuid>
Specifies partition UUID. This partition identifier is supported for example for GUID Partition Table (GPT) partition tables.
PARTLABEL=<label>
Specifies partition label (name). The partition labels are supported for example for GUID Partition Table (GPT) or MAC partition
tables.
If the filesystem or partition is found, the device name will be printed on stdout.
