error installing gettext.

I'm on project to use rsync in hp-ux. But i'm getting an error while installing gettext. Please help me.

the error in log is:-

DESCRIPTION
       This is not a command the end user would want to run. Ever. This documentation is meant for people who are studying the Porcelain-ish
