Hi sorry My ignorance , i didnt found a location to put this question and wen I try search it came ... a lot ,...a lot of not of what I was looking for.

I'm new in Linux so new that i dont have the system install in my computer yet, I already heard a lot of linux and the good things that it can provides, I love draw and use a lot of grafic softwares, and recently a needed to use Maya ,and the only fonded Maya for Linux, I know theres a lot of types of Linux. How do I now the best one for my area?
