Something strange happend today, I checked in /var/log has usual and I noticed that I have a "messages.1", "cron.1" "maillog.1", and so on. After downloading ZFS documentation from oracle site, I am able to successfully migrate UFS root FS without zones to ZFS root FS. But in case of UFS root file system with zones , I am successfully able to migrate global zone to zfs root file system but zone are still in UFS root file... (2 Replies)

audit_data - current information on audit daemon
SYNOPSIS
/etc/security/audit_data
DESCRIPTION
The audit_data file contains information about the audit daemon. The file contains the process ID of the audit daemon, and the pathname of
the current audit log file. The format of the file is:
pid>:<pathname>
Where pid is the process ID for the audit daemon, and pathname is the full pathname for the current audit log file.

Example 1: A sample audit_data file.
