same problem !

I was faced by the same problem while insatlling oracle. The best thing is to copy if not all, 2nd and 3rd CDs on your hard drive and then one first CD is done change the path by clicking on browse button... thats what you can do incase of Oracle.
Let me know if that helped a bit (I am sure you tried: eject cdrom)

Hello, I'm a new SA fairly familar with Solaris. I'm using the COEInstaller tool and am unable to read a cd. The cd is fine. The machine continues to see the last cdrom I've used which was an image. install-solaris install-solaris invokes the Solaris Install program. Depending on graphical capability and available memory at the time of invocation, install-solaris invokes either a text-based installer or a graphical installer.
