Hi,
I have a requirement. I have an application which can take a file as inputs. Now the file can contain any number of lines. The tool has to pick up the first uncommented line and begin processing it.
For example the file could be like this:
#MANI123|MANI1234

I have a CSV file which contains number series as one of the fields. Some of the records of the field look like :

I have to convert the above series as

and store it as 3 different records.

I have a large log file, which I want to first use grep to get the specific lines then send it to awk to print out the specific column and if the result is zero, don't do anything. What I have so far is:

lr_environment - Export Lire configuration in shell script form SYNOPSIS
eval `lr_environment` DESCRIPTION
The lr_environment command is used to import the Lire configuration in Lire shell scripts. All of Lire configuration variables will be written in a format that can be evaled by the shell. Shell scripts don't usually have to use that command, since it is done by the defaults file sourced by each command. The old names used by when the configuration was done in shell script are also exported by this script for backward compatibility. AUTHOR
