Meaning how you can create a bootable linux installation disc? Please explain your question some more....

This is depending on what the reason is for your clustering need.... cluster a webserver for performance reasons, cluster for failover, cluster for CPU power for large calculations? Can you please tell us the reason why you want to build a cluster? What you can do for a start is check this website:

There are quite some projects out there that can help you, you can even code your own it is in basic not that hard to write a replication agent for linux. Just google for this subject you can also take a look at:
