A MMU Miss is a Memory Management Unit error.
It can be caused by bad memory or by corrupt software info.

If the server boots fine off the internal disk then I suspect it might be caused by the way you are getting to the OK prompt.

Try this:
Once you are at the OK prompt set auto-boot to false then type reset-all
This will reset the server and it will stop at the OK prompt.
Then from here try to boot from cd.

Hi, We had a disk go bad in this SunFire 280R, running Solaris 8 - Generic_117350-46. We replaced the disk and partitioned it. SYNOPSIS

       systemd-ask-password-console.service

DESCRIPTION

       systemd-ask-password-console.service is a system service that queries the user for system passwords (such as hard disk encryption keys and
       SSL certificate passphrases) on the console. It is intended to be used during boot to ensure proper handling of passwords necessary for
       boot.  systemd-ask-password-wall.service is a system service that informs all logged in users for system passwords via wall(1). It is
       intended to be used after boot to ensure that users are properly notified.
