"Error for Command: verify"

I have a raid 5 configuration in a A3500 rack, manager by raid manager.
This morning I found this messages in a /vad/adm/messages":

Sep 10 04:33:57 zion scsi: [ID 107833 kern.warning] WARNING: /sbus@3,0/SUNW,socal@2,0/sf@1,0/ssd@w200200a0b80735d3,4 (ssd11):

Sep 10 04:33:57 zion scsi: [ID 107833 kern.notice] ASC: 0xe0 (<vendor unique code 0xe0>), ASCQ: 0x1, FRU: 0x44

I tried to find any info from sunsolve, bigadmin etc. but I only found messages like "error for command read, write.
In fact this is the 1° way that I see this error.

does anyone help me to find documentation about this error?

Thanks
