There would be several ways to do that:
1) Get a cheap Solaris machine at eBay
2) Install Solaris for Intel on your machine as dual boot
3) Install Solaris for Intel in a VMware
4) Install a cygwin environment into your Windows
You need to know what you really need:
- Solaris on SPARC
- Solaris on Intel
- just the C-shell (csh)

install-solaris invokes either a text-based installer or a graphical installer.
The following minimum requirements for physical memory dictate which features are available during installation:
For SPARC machines:
128 MB
Minimum physical memory for all installation types
128 MB
Minimum physical memory required for windowing system

For x86 machines:
