FOr all lines, go to command mode;
:,$s/\(command:\)\(.*\)$/\1 ls -rlt/g
See if this works.

but it is giving me " string not found" i know for sure the search_string is there in file.

I am editing a config file in vi that has a / on it.
At the moment, search and replace looks alright as am able to use a # as a temporary separator, i.e. :,$s#/u01/app#/u02/app#g

This manual describes gaphorconvert command.
OPTIONS
-h, --help
Show help message and exit.
-v, --verbose
Verbose output.
-u, --use-underscores
Use underscores instead of spaces for output filenames.
-d directory, --dir=directory
Output to directory.
-f format, --format=format
Output file format, default is pdf.
-r regex, --regex=regex
Process diagrams with name matching regex regular experssion. Diagram name includes package name, regular expressions are case
insensitive.
