Sed Question Can anyone please help?

I am trying to see if anyone knows of a SED command that will place a ' at the beginning AND end of a line of text.

For example:

BEFORE AFTER
Apple 'Apple'
Orange 'Orange'
Green 'Green'
Brown 'Brown'

Any ideas?
