how to register tape in in autochangers and how to recycle it i had reseted using nsrjb -H i had put the result how it was initialy and how it changed after reset pls give me a solution for this i am unable to backup

I am trying to make a full backup of my system using the cpio command. The Tape Unit is a SCSI DDS.
The process started fine but after about 30 minutes, it just stopped and showed the following message:
