Need to learn more about router configurations

Hi all....

I’ll have a test for the IT department in the company I work, the test is about UNIX administration and TCP/IP routing configuration, in the UNIX admin server I don’t have any problem, but routing is my pain.

To make it more difficult, I can not use companies infrastructure to learn more about it, is there any way to learn it with some good tutorial and an interface where I can practice and learn?

What is the best way to learn it.... plz HELP

Thanks a lot for any kind of help.
