mailsubj - send a mail message with a subject line
SYNOPSIS
mailsubj subject recip ...
DESCRIPTION
mailsubj inserts subject and the list of recips into a mail message:
Subject: subject
To: recip ...
body
mailsubj reads the body of the message from its standard input. Then it sends the message.
Note that subject and recip must be quoted properly for the message header.

i have tried the following command to send an email with an attachment
its working fine but i am getting mail with the embeded content inside the mail that too truncated.
i wanted it as an attachment.

Im new to unix/linux and am having trouble with this one.
My problem is when i enter 9 to exit it doesnt do so.
also option 6 doesent display the time. Its getting to be frustrating.

I have a perl script which I am using in Windows environment. There is one more file called "functions.txt" which is having all the functions defined to used in my perl script. And the path for this function file is defined in my perl script. Howeever sometimes I am getting below error... (4 Replies)
My mailing script

The script works fine in one server but not in another. Iam not getting any errors also in the second server.

When I do this:
$ whereis uuencode
uuencode: /usr/share/man/man1p/uuencode.1p.gz
Does that mean it is not installed?
Becuase when I use this command it says it is not found !!! Anythought what needs to be done?
