useradd not working

Hi friends...

useradd not working....not sure the problem..I checked all the files...let me know if you find any solution...

define 'not working'. Specifically what errors or problems are you seeing?

Are you running this command as root? If you became root through su, did you do a "su -" rather than a "su" ?
