Remove lately made installations in Cygwin

I have installed lots of packets to try emacs with X11 in Cygwin. How can I restore to the point before that installation, without have to search, select and remove every single package on my own? Is there a function to remove lately installations easily?

The (text) file [cygwin]/var/log/setup.log.full contains the history of what you've installed when. Based on that, you may want to identify what you want to get rid of, then re-run the Cygwin Installer and de-select the according packages from the "repository list".

But doesn't that mean I still have to search and de-select lots of packates manually?
