Sorry guys, busy working on a new project these days so I am not able to keep this topic update frequently.

Few days earlier I talked to some of my friends in China and understand more about the current situation of China's IT industry. From what they told me and considering my experience and technology skills, I believe I possibly can get a team leader position in a big IT company in China with around 15k-18k RMB monthly salary. To tell the turth it is still a little bit lower than my expectation so I should improve myself a lot before I come back China.

Anyway, the most happiest thing is through this conversation I now realize what is the my step-by-step way in the future.

Good luck to those people here who has a will to study hard and eventually be a successful leader of IT professionals

1."busy working on.." is supposed to be "busy in working on.."
2."keep this topic update frequently", I am not sure this expresssion is right.
3."Few days earlier", is supposed to be "few days ago"
4."talked to....and understand...", obviously this is wrong
5."china's IT industry", should be "IT industry of china", am I right?
6."From what they told me..", should be "According to what they told me.."
7."I believe I possibly can", should be "I believe I could"
8."get a team leader position", should be "get a team leader job offer"
9."with around 15k-18k RMB monthly salary", should be "with salary of around 15k-18k RMB per month"
10."to tell the truth" should be "tell u the truth"
11."lower than my expectation", is this right? I think this expression is pretty weird.
12."improve myself a lot", is this right?
13."before I come back china", is this right?
14."what is the my step-by-step way..", should be "what is my step-by-step way.."
15."those people here who has a will to...", first of all, I think "has" should be replace by "have". second, "have a will to...", may be "are willing to"
16."eventually be a successful leader of IT professionals", a "to" should be added in front of "be", and "leader of IT professionals" should be "leader of IT sector"

"happiest" means "most happy" so adding most to happiest is considered wrong. And "happiest" is not the word I would choose. "step-by-step way", while not wrong, is also not the wording I would use. So my attempt:

"Anyway, the best thing for me is that through this conversation I now realize what is my path in the future."
