WiMC sounds like a good option. But I recommend to consult with someone who studied in CDAC to get a better idea.

BTW I don't think center really matters. You can select one which is most convenient for you.

It just depends on what interests you the most. if I were to choose the course, I would go for system programming. That, in your case is DSSD.

PS : I was also an average student Smilie

All CDAC courses are good, choosing one should be purely based on personal choice.
Concentrate more on acquiring knowledge when you undergo these courses and develop an insight & understanding on how things work. Do hands on as much as possible. Learn few things but it is important that you understand them end to end with crystal clarity. This would come handy and would bring you appreciations when you appear for the interview (yes a good & honest CV is equally as important to get you the first call -interviewers get somewhat on what's honest and not so honest with a fresher's CV -I know this).

Don't run just after jobs, you'd get one anyway. Manage to distinguish yourself from the crowd -my experience of so many years with this industry.
