What is on Your Mind?

Hi guys,

I'm curious about how much does a sysadmin usually earn doing his job.

How much does a junior sysadmin make per year? what about a senior? (what would you consider a senior?) or a unix-related manager?

Can a sysadmin position be compared to a DBA position or a programmer position (talking about annual salaries).

I know it may also depend on the country. For example I was born in Mexico but work for a large company in the US, nonetheless for what I've seen I'm pretty sure mexican salaries are not even close to -say- european salaries or australian salaries (though the cost of leaving is also cheaper).

I'm not asking for your personal salary information, but more like your personal opinion on the issue.
