What is on Your Mind?

I resisted about as long as I could... Until I could resist no more, and impulsively had to get one. It might be over-priced, it might have some short-comings, but it feels intuitively natural, and an absolute joy to use.

Hahaha.... I definitely want one with 3G and WiFi. Is the "keyboard" easy to use?

It's quite good, but no substitute for the real thing. I can imagine over time, you'd become quite proficient with it.

They do have a docking keyboard (Mac style, of course), which is much better.

But it's hopeless with Numbers and absolutely no use with Keynote. For Pages, it seems to be OK. Actually, I've only used that a few times, to send SMS' with my iPhone, which it can also connect with!!

The case is also very nice...

But the keyboard doesn't work with the case (can't dock properly). How dumb is that? Maybe nothing a pair of scissors wouldn't fix!!

Maybe I can get one from HK after it launches there? Or maybe someone will visit here and hand carry one to me?

Well, according to this, you won't have too long to wait (notwithstanding pre-orders), as it's launched in HK on Friday.

Given that I was, so far, only tentatively planning to travel to BKK at Christmas, that should give me an extra Kilo for Swiss Chocolate
