Sure, here we go:

Code:
awk -F_ 'm<$5{m=$5;f=$0}END{print f}'

Code:
-F_

The underscore is the fieldseparator.

Code:
m<$5{m=$5;f=$0}

The variable m holds the maximum of field 5.
If m < field 5 then we assign the new maximum to m and the line to the variable f.

Code:
END{print f}

At the end we print the line with the greatest field 5.
