Mark End Of File
Hello,

I've realized, thanks to Jim, that in C - deleting a single record in a file is not possible.
Is there a way of moving the EOF of the file (and by that, discarding the last records of the file)?

You cannot do that in C, quite the way you asked... close. Look into the truncate() call.
It chops off from a given position to the end of a file.
