i want the o/p as:

122323 his is finance no.
123456456 this is phone no

Your results don't match your data. But here's a shot:

Yes sir ..unknowingly the result table is mismatched according to the i/p data.

I didnot get what to specify between the square brackets...'s/[ ]+/ /g'..

The brackets have between them a space and a tab. To enter the tab, type Control-V followed by the Tab key. The Control-V is the "quote next char" key binding, allowing you to enter a Tab.

The space and tab are required because the output data has both spaces and tabs.
