RSC card specification

Hi I have a SUN box that i am supporting Model 480r . The RS card that is attached to it is giving some problems . It is pinging but i am unable to telnet into it therefore having no remote TC console access ( the system is currently up )

Is there a way by which i can remotely check the specification of that RSC card by means of some system command or utility.
this was because i wanted to open a case with SUN for which i need to specify the exact make to get it replaced

the card is configured with the rsc-admin tool. if it is installed you should find it at /usr/platform/sun4u/... (don't know the whole path...).
if it is not installed, download the tool at the sun website. it's free to downlod...
