Bug Please, i need an answer to this question!!

Hello!!
I need some help about a question... It was asked in exams 3 years ago in Greece and nobody is certain abou the answer.
Others say that the right answer is b and others say c.
I found this forum and i saw that you know a lot of things about UNIX so i hope that some of you will help me.
I translated the question which is:

Fork function in UNIX creates a process, which:
a)does not share common variables with the process that created it
b)shares common variables with the process that created it
c)depends on the edition of UNIX whether it shares or not common variables
d)depends on the memory's size whether it shares or not common variables

(sorry if i made mistakes in translation)
