Yes, I earn my money with such stuff and I am not taken as an arrogrant smart ass at work. Nor did I wanted to sound arrogant to you in advising to get a good basic book/guide/howto on that, as the assigning of that value/command to the variable looked like for me like far away from working.
All I want is to help, that's all. I have no need to make a show here nor to say how bad others are and what a hero I am. There are always people that are better, know more, have more experience, even here and everywhere on the world.

But nevertheless you got an answer to you PM as well. I didn't expect that people are offended by giving a good meant advise, sorry. If you don't accept this excuse/explanation by me, other people will gladly reply to your questions here if I am not welcome to do that.

How do I write multiple variable syntax?

I am trying to write a script that will do a sql statement. But in the sql I will have a list (1,2,3,4).
