Search and then concat 4m other file (comma seperated)
My query is now a bit simplified.

file1.txt
names; ID; value1 ; values N;
ABC; 1 ; a18 ; ...
CDF; 2 ; b16 ; ..
ABC; 1 ; c13 ; ......
EFG; 3 ;d12 ; ...


file2.txt
ID(Unique);smVals; smVal1; smVal N;
1; ...; ...; ...;
2; ..; ..; ..;
3; ..; ..; ..;
4; ..; ..; ..;


File 3.txt(output required.)
ID(Unique);smVals; smVal1; smVal N; name; values1
1; ...; ...; ...; ABC; a18,c13;
2; ..; ..; ..; CDF; b16;
3; ..; ..; ..; EFG; d12;
4; ..; ..; ..; ;



Now i want to seach by the Id(from file2.txt in file1.txt) and then find corresponding names and the values1 and add it to the end of the file.(preferably new file if possbile)
Now d values could be multiple so i want to seperate them by comma and then add it at the end of file.
I want the output as shown in file3.txt.

can some one give a solution to achieve in perl script.

Maybe you look into the "join" command.
