Do you mean, do a consistency check of filesystem?
To do consistency check on filesystem you can use
the fsck command
sytax is
use fsck with filesystem
eg
fsck /dev/dsk/c0t0d???
or
use fsck with mount point
eg
fsck /usr
or
just do fsck without specifing any filesystem or mount point.
