expr syntax

HELLO i have a problem i need to do this equation:

final_result=[result1 + (result2/2)]*1.5. I am using expr like this:

FINAL_RESULT=`expr (($RESULT1 + $RESULT2 / 2) \* 3) / 2` but it is wrong. Someone help me.thank you
