what OS are you running ? Solaris?Linux?AIX?HP-UX?
If you are running those listed OS as above you can always issue the Find command to locate the files. Do u know the file name ? Do post back.

I'm using Linux, though when I downloaded the file I chose not to download the filename, so i'm really not sure if it downloaded succesfully or not. It's the first time I've used lopster, and there were no download succesful messages???

ok, for what i know lopster is mainly used for Mp3 downloads. I go thru sourceforge i do notice there is a function in lopster to check the last downloded files location and some info. If you able to get this that means you are on the track, instead you cant able to get on it, then i suspect your download is unsuccesfull. Try to user other Software rather then Lopster. You may try software from GNU and KDE, check their webpage's for more informations on that particular softwares. From what i know Lopster use a fix folder or directory specificly used for all its downloaded software (mainly Mp3). This folder will be used by Lopster to dump all those files without giving any download succesfull confirmation.

The best way is to drive to your local store and pay for the software. You get the CD and a manual with detailed instructions on how to use PM7.
