Squid dns
Hi Guys

I have a squid proxy server.

I have some settings in the no proxy for exclusions on 700 client machines using firefox. I need to add to this exclusion but instead of changing 700 machines settings, is there anyway you can allow the squid server to handle this. I have gone into the admin side of the squid server and checked to see if the dns setting is pointing to the right server and I have added the address and name in the hosts file under etc. The local dns name still doesn't resolve on the clients machines. Please if anyone has any idea please let me know

I'm surprised nobody has responded this this yet. Is it too hard to do or haven't I asked the correct question?
