Generally speaking we think of 'source code' as text instructions that are processed by a compiler to 'binary code'.... used in terms of C programs, C++ programs, etc.
Shell scripts are not compiled, so some might call them 'source code' but generally that term is used for code before it is compiled, I THINK
So, I would guess that you should bring in your shell scripts..... but not any C program code .... maybe ?!
