It's not an 'opinion' it's what we ask folks to do, so we don't have to explain the same thing to fifty different people.

Can we supress the error message comming from find

Hi,
while running find command with '/' as directory,
There comes lot of error message displaying "find: cannot open .."( This is perfectly valid and expected, But i don't want to see the error messages coming on std error). This makes the output ugly and difficult to understand
is there any in built option in find, or we have to use some other command along with find to achieve this
