How can I get sudo from ? Sudo is in ubuntu's core ? Thanks.

you can do a "sudo passwd root" and give a password for the root user. after that you can work with "su -" to become root.
to solve your resolution problem show us your file: /etc/X11/xorg.conf

HOW SHOULD I DO ? I CHANGED the TUPLE WITH 24bit color one to 1240X768 but NOTHING HAPPENED, I THINK I HAVE TO DO MORE THAN THIS ?

Your modes are all the same. Have you tried the Ubuntu forums ? You may find a sample there.

As far as I understand from the ubuntu forums at least there is a slightly blurry problem with ubuntu in higher resolution displays, my screen supports 1280X800 15.4'' TFT screen. is there anybody who use this type of monitor with ubuntu ?

try this:
Depth 24
Modes "1280x800"

and restart the x-server.... please create a backup of your xorg.conf file before you do any changes! ("cp xorg.conf xorg.conf.bak")

I am aware of the backup problem , thanks. But I think xorg.conf somehow is able to make backup itself automatically with an datestamp extension.
By comparison with ubuntu what do you think about Suse ? is there any general experience ?
