Running file sql from shell without capture the password

Dear All

I have file a.sql, let's say the content is:
_________________________________
select * from dual;
exit;
_________________________________
and I have shell script a.sh, the content is:
_________________________________
ORACLE_SID=testing; export ORACLE_SID
$ORACLE_HOME/bin/sqlplus user_name/password @a.sql
_________________________________

when I run ./a.sh then in the other window I run:
_________________________________
while true
do
ps -ef|grep more
done
_________________________________
I will get the information that the user_name=user_name and the password=password

To solve this, I move user_name/password to a.sql using connect user_name/password in the very beginning and use sqlplus /nolog @a.sql in a.sh.

What I want to know is there any other way to put my password and user name in a.sh, but people can't get my password and user name.

Thx in advance

Regards,
Aditya Purwanto
