Power post warning to over quota users

Hi,
How do you inform the users that their quota limit is exceeded thru email automatically?

On my Linux system I have the "warnquota" command. It is probably part of the quota package on other systems too...

I am using Solaris 2.6 (sunOS5.6) and don't think it has warnquota.
