Data Sort Question

M 47 HIS:LOT 32 DUTY 2 MIKE, FINISHED
MIKE ACTIVE STATUS
23TASK YES GOOD
100TASK NO GOOD

========================================
M 47 HIS:LOT 1 DUTY 1 MIKE, FINISHED
MIKE ACTIVE STATUS
23TASK YES GOOD
100TASK NO GOOD

========================================
M 47 HIS:LOT 59 DUTY 2 MIKE, FINISHED
MIKE ACTIVE STATUS
23TASK YES GOOD
100TASK NO GOOD

I can not think of a way to sort this data by the number after LOT. Can someone help? I am looking to have the data output below:

From LOT 32,1,59 to 1,32,59

========================================
M 47 HIS:LOT 1 DUTY 1 MIKE, FINISHED
MIKE ACTIVE STATUS
23TASK YES GOOD
100TASK NO GOOD

========================================
M 47 HIS:LOT 32 DUTY 2 MIKE, FINISHED
MIKE ACTIVE STATUS
23TASK YES GOOD
100TASK NO GOOD

========================================
M 47 HIS:LOT 59 DUTY 2 MIKE, FINISHED
MIKE ACTIVE STATUS
23TASK YES GOOD
100TASK NO GOOD

Thanks!

here it is,

and for sure it is a round-about way

Code:
# !/usr/bin/ksh

ct=1
while read line
do
if [ `echo $line | wc -c` -gt `echo $line | sed 's/LOT//' | wc -c` ]
then
  val=`echo $line | sed 's/^.*LOT //;s/[^0-9].*//'`
  echo "$val|$ct"
fi
ct=$(($ct + 1))
done < filename | sort | cut -f2 -d"|" | while read subline
do
  ct=$(($subline + 3))
  sed -n "$subline,$ct p" filename
  echo ""
done

exit 0
