You might find a host in this network which is capable of transferring the mail (or any other means of information transport) outside. Just because your machine cannot do this doesn't mean any other system is not allowed either.
Most probably there is the hardware host, which has a (virtual) network interface inside this network and another (physical) network interface pointing outwards.
If there is such a machine use it as a mail relay (set up up a MTA). Alternatively you can use a two-stage ftp (first to this relay system, then outside from there) or something similar. It depends on what you can use, but the principle remains the same.
