/devices/pci@0,0/isa@7/asy@1,3f8:a,cu is definitely an old-fashioned parallel port from the DOS days -- ISA bus, IRQ 7, port 0x3f8. I remember programming those with peek and poke... It's almost certainly not what your printer is actually plugged into. Where it actually is, I don't know.
