Hello,

Following 2 codes may help you in same.

1st:
Code:
awk -F";" '{for(i=1;i<=NF;i++) print $i}' OFS="\n" file_name | grep -v '^$'

2nd:
Code:
cat file_name | tr ';' '\n' | grep -v '^$'

Output will be as follows in both conditions.

Code:
a
b
c
d
e
f
g
h
i
j
k
l

Thanks,
R. Singh
