You have to rename or move the files to another location to get this script work.

This thread is going on for quite long time, your initial question was regarding how to identify if the file delivery is fully completed and we have given you a solution to get that done. You gotta take some effort and let us know what challenges are you facing. It seems like you want us to develop a complete solution or script for you!!
