Is thr any version control tool tah we can install on UNIX solaris..
i don't have any idea....abt how to do tht.......the tools like clearcase ,CVS an it is possible to make on UNIX????

There are many solutions. Some are commercial products, like ClearCase, Visual Source Safe, etc. Some are freeware: CVS, RCS, etc. Check
www.sunfreeware.com
for the free solutions...
