Hi, all. Is there an automated tool to identify infrequently used accounts ?

One option would be to have accounts auto'magically' deactivated after remaining idle for a given amount of time. You can then periodically review and purge inactive accounts. In /etc/shadow, the seventh field contains the number of days that an account can remain inactive before before it is disabled and the user can no longer log in.

Not all flavors of Unix support this and in some instances, the field or syntax differs. Look at the man page for passwd, usermod etc. to find out which aging controls can be set on a particular system.
