UNIX for Dummies Questions & Answers

I am installing BusyBox on a device that does not have keyboard or serial connection, so I log into the system with SSH. I am in doubt about what to put in the inittab file. This is the content of the file:

Is this enough when SSH is the only access method, or do I also need something like the following for programs to function correctly?

tty5::respawn:/sbin/getty 38400 tty6

I want to disable everything unnecessary, but I do not want to get a shell without entering a password.

If it really doesn't have tty's or serial connections, you can leave those off.
