What is the datastage job? (Doing...)

Looks more like datastage issue to me:
replace the call to datastage job by something else and test...

Could it be missing resources? (ulimits?) If you have tested your script as above and it came out to be successful, I would suggest to move this thead to ??? Start with AIX to see if it inspires them, what do you think?

I found something at IBM but with no reply... but seems to show datastage can end with SIGINT:

It just extracts data from a file and loads into some target oracle table .

Start by checking in /etc/security/limits if there is no tuning to do...

Thanks.Finally it gets resolved. There is an activity called terminator in datastage job. That only generated SIGINT and made the job abended.
